Fundamentals of Astrology

 Are you interested in diving deeper into the ancient science of astrology? Astrology is one of our oldest spiritual traditions. We can date the science of the stars at least back to the ancient civilizations of Babylon and Egypt, where the art was considered the foundation of all knowledge.

 This education will teach you the fundamentals of astrology. After the education, you will be able to:

- Read your own or someone else’s horoscope in depth.
- Understand your deepest needs.
- Understand your ideal lifestyle, environment and career path.
- Understand how you process emotions and thoughts.
- Understand how others perceive you.
- Understand how you best function in relationship to others.
- Understand your partner, friends and social circle better. 

The education is divided into classes where we will study a range of subjects, given below: 

- The four spiritual elements and their meaning.
- The twelve signs.
- Sun, moon and ascendant – the big three.
- Mercury, Mars and Venus - the personal planets.
- Jupiter and Saturn – the semi-collective planets.
- Neptune, Uranus and Pluto – the collective planets.
- Aspects and rulership. 

 The education will end with a collective workshop on chart reading, where we will meet and read different charts as a group. This course is limited to 10 students. As soon as the module is full, sign-ups will close until the next enrollment in March.

 After completing this course, participants can enroll in our more advanced modules, such as “The Astrology of Relationships”, “Esoteric Astrology” and “Predictive Astrology”, which will be open to enrollment later in the spring.

 The classes will be given physically in Oslo. Exact location will be announced in early December. The classes will run from 17:30-18:30, and participants will be served hot tea and home baked cakes and cookies. Participants who for various reason can’t attend certain classes physically can take part digitally, on Zoom.

 Each class will be recorded, and sent to participants, and can be reviewed later at one’s leisure. Participants who can’t attend a certain class will therefore not miss any course content but can catch up via recording.

 This course is held by French astrologer Alexandra Caillaud, who regularly facilitates both fundamental and advanced courses on astrology. Alexandra has studied the subject for several years and works with private readings and consultations for her clients.
